The ! saga !!

E: Look at his power!

OR, Which headline would garner more eyeballs ?

H1- "Anant & Radhika host a wedding party in BKC with close friends & family for their wedding."

H2- " From a INR 1000 crore cruise party to a INR 500 crore wedding for Ambanis!"

Notice, how sentences ending with exclamation tend to get eyebrows raised, startle , rattle, excite! Gone are the days of the good ol' full stop and an occasional coma. If they had personalities, a Full-stop(F) to me comes across as a "Type B" personality -easy going, satisfied, non-ambitious while an Exclamation (E) exudes characteristics of a "Type A" personality - competitive, passionate, impatient , isn't it?! As has been established, both have their relevance but there's no denying , the Type A persona - an 'exclamation' has always been corporate favourite and hence undertake a journey from a '. ' to '!' as you climb the ladder. But remember, even an exclamation has a '. ' and is incomplete without it!
